The process of the initial session:
In order to determine your nutritional needs you will start off with an initial consultation. This is where you will discuss your goals and challenges. The next step will be a complete functional analysis of your health by gathering your blood work and medical history. You will then fill out a metabolic and neurotransmitter assessment form, a nutrition intake form and a food journal. The report of findings from this information will provide you with an overview to base your improvements from. Jessica will then discuss specific protocols and create a customized menu plan for you.
