Our onsite fitness trainers are experienced industry leaders who have developed efficient, functional workouts. Customized personal training sessions help our clients reach their optimal health faster! All our programs incorporate the principles of healthy living including living at your ideal body weight, increasing balance and flexibility, and supporting good posture. In short, we help our clients look better, feel better, and perform better.

A Custom Lifestyle Plan is designed for every Year of Wellness member. This plan involves nutrition and fitness recommendations, including a “posture-perfect” workout plan that can be completed at home with minimal equipment needed!

Physical Activity is a protective factor against many chronic diseases, including heart disease, stroke, hypertension, type-2 diabetes, osteoarthritis, and certain cancers. In addition, physical activity helps in the maintenance of healthy weight, contributes healthy muscles and bones, can reduce the impact of arthritis, stress and depression. Physical activity is also a key contributor in maintaining optimal hormone levels, specifically growth hormone and testosterone.

Achieve offers many fitness services, including one-on-one personal training – regularly priced from $59 per session. Dr. Moyer creates a custom workout program for our Year of Wellness members.

A Fitness Consultation is required for non-Year of Wellness members.
