Year of Wellness

The “Year of Wellness” is our membership program at Moyer Total Wellness. Members receive discounts towards services ($20 0ff any massage). The “Year of Wellness” begins with a “Wellness Exam” with Dr. Moyer to determine an effective treatment plan. Information gathered from the Wellness Exam may be shared with the other therapists (massage therapists, personal trainers, nutritionists, etc) so that everyone is working towards the same goals.

Typical treatment plans include lifestyle change suggestions including strategies to eat better, become more physically fit, manage stress, and avoid toxic substances that can cause chronic degenerative diseases and other illnesses. Treatment plans include preventive health care strategies such as chiropractic care, massage therapy, fitness training, and nutrition plans, as well as weight loss strategies.

Customized treatment plans incorporate the fundamental principles of healthy living and disease prevention. As you are probably starting to realize, your health is not going to get better over time, unless you do something specifically about it. If you can commit to at least two “wellness visits” each month at Moyer Total Wellness, we know you will be closer to reaching your personal health goals.

Whatever your personal health goals may be, a treatment plan is established to meet your goals over the course of 12 months. Members meet with Dr. Moyer to discuss progress (health coaching). These sessions are geared towards keeping clients accountable and motivated to reaching their health goals.
