Moyer Total Wellness is a licensed health care facility and adheres to strict confidentiality regarding all medical records according to HIPAA regulations. Our patients’ medical records are never obtained or released without prior written consent.

Retention of Personal Data

Moyer Total Wellness will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Data Protection Policy.

Google Analytics data is retained for 50 months. Contact forms and comments cookies are held indefinitely. We will retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
