Brooke Holmes - Acupuncturist & Massage Therapist
Hi! My name is Brooke, and I’m an Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Massage Therapist here at Moyer Total Wellness. I’m excited you’re here, because it means you’re ready for change. I am here to guide you through that process.
I have a deep passion for natural, holistic approaches to health, that are effective and preventative. Some of the tools we are able to use to accomplish this are:
- Dry needling
- Massage Therapy (deep tissue and trigger point therapy)
- Herbal Medicine
- Nutritional Counseling
From chronic pain, anxiety and depression, to IBS, headaches, and the common cold, the body is intimately connected from head to toe… this is why I focus on you as a WHOLE individual when developing a treatment plan for your healing process.
I specialize in the treatment of:
- Chronic Stress
- Anxiety and Depression
- Digestive Disorders (such as bloating, gas, acid reflux, IBS, diarrhea, constipation…)
- Sports Injuries
Most often the conditions listed above are experienced together. From unrelenting stress at work, to diets full of processed foods, it is no wonder many are suffering from poor digestion, chronic pain, and debilitating anxiety and depression. The health of our digestive system is deeply connected to our mental and emotional wellbeing. I work hard with my patients to get them back to the best version of themselves so they can live a life they love!
Being an athlete myself, I understand the importance of maintaining regular physical activity. Injuries and pain keep us off the mountain, out of the gym, and leave us feeling sluggish and depressed. I love working with acute and chronic pain and injuries to get people back to living their active Colorado lifestyle.
I earned my BS in Biology from San Diego State University, and my Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine degree from Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014.
Having lived in Arizona, California, and Colorado and feel deeply connected to the desert, ocean, and mountains. I try to spend most of my time outdoors, camping, hiking, and road tripping with my love Ricky and our Maltipoo Drake. Food is a TOP priority in our house, so grocery shopping, cooking, and eating delicious meals is where a good chunk of our time is spent!
If you’re curious if Acupuncture, dry needling, herbal medicine, or any of the other mentioned modalities can help you with your health concerns, book a free consultation with me on the phone or in person! Don’t waste another day… Let’s get you back to feeling your best!
Erica Armstrong – Massage Therapist
Hi, my name is Erica Armstrong, I graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2010. I am the oldest of 5 siblings so I have always had a nurturing side. That’s part of the reason I became a Massage Therapist. I want to be able to help my clients any way I can.
I have a great understanding of how certain postures can lead to pain and tension. I prefer to work on specific areas that may be giving you trouble or causing pain, but I am also great at helping people reduce stress by providing a fantastic relaxation massage.
I am a single mother to a wonderful, and very hyper, 5 year old boy named Cayden. So I understand the need to just slow down and relax sometimes. Doing massage allows me to take care of and provide for my family, while also helping others as well!
Holly Cook – Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor
Holly Cook, yoga teacher and massage therapist, has had a passion for health and wellness as long as she can remember. Classically trained in ballet from age 5-18, she developed an affinity for anatomy and physiology, and body awareness very early on.
After years of studying yoga, massage and holistic nutrition therapy she was inspired to grow her personal practice from a lifestyle into a career.
Holly combines her experience in yoga and massage to maximize the body’s potential for healing. She uses yoga to assess structural dysfunction, as well as to warm and relax the body in preparation for a massage session.
Her massage practice is therapeutic and treatment based incorporating a combination of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Thai Yoga Acupressure, and Stretching. Each session focuses on targeting aches and pains, and tension areas depending on the individual needs of each client.
As a very intuitive and compassionate therapist, she provides a safe space to let go of anything that is no longer serving the client – whether it be physical, emotional, or cerebral.
Holly graduated from Core Power Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 and from Denver Integrative Massage School – with an emphasis in Thai Yoga Massage – in 2015. She also holds a Bachelors of Communications and Journalism from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado.
From 2012-2014 Holly coordinated the wellness and yoga program at AVEDA Institute Denver leading workshops on yoga, nutrition and Ayurveda philosophy. She also attended the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado from 2011-2012.
Additionally Holly writes a blog – Yoga + Massage Co – which focuses on daily acts of self-care.

Katrina Jenkins – Massage Therapist
Hi! I’m Katrina!
I’m a licensed massage therapist and though I’ve worked in many patient-centered environments over the years, I have to say that being part of the team at Moyer Total Wellness has been the most rewarding by far!
In 2013, I graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors in Health Science and my initial plan was to continue to work as a nurse’s aide while pursuing a Masters degree in Nursing. However, before I was finished applying to graduate schools, I realized that I really wasn’t passionate about the nursing profession. During my experiences at the hospitals and home care agencies, I was regularly providing care to patients who were in the end stages of their lives. These were patients of all ages, with a wide range of progressing illnesses, and they were all very dear to me. I never grew the tough shell that the rest of the CNAs and nurses developed and every day was emotionally draining. I wanted to watch people get well. I wanted to be a healer.
While on my search for a new career path, I shadowed at a few massage therapy schools in the Denver area and felt right at home when I took a seat at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado. I graduated in April 2016 with honors and completed the Touch of Healers Scholarship Program the following summer.
So, what can I do for you? (Don’t be fooled by how small I am, most of my clients come see me for deep tissue!)
- Deep tissue
- Trigger point therapy
- Myofascial Release
- Sports Massage / Joint Range of Motion
- Swedish Massage
- Neuromuscular Massage
- Assisted Stretching / Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
- Prenatal Massage
- Oncology Massage
- Lymphatic Drainage
I’m always learning new things and I can’t wait to add some new modalities to my list of services!

Scott Pridgen – Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor
My name is Scott Pridgen, the human body is a beautiful thing. I am fascinated with how the human body functions, moves, and what we are capable of. This passion is what has gotten me into learning and practicing many modalities of massage as well as yoga, rock climbing, dance, and the ways we move in every day life. My original training was in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage which has led me to dive further into learning other types of massage. I have studied Thai Massage extensively in Thailand and all over the US and have taught Thai Massage at Narpoa University as well as places all over the country.
