Danelle Wesley, DC, CCSP® - Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner & Soft Tissue Specialist

Dr. Danelle Wesley, “Dr. D”, grew up in easter Wisconsin and moved to Saint Paul, Minnesota to complete her undergraduate degree from the University of MN – Twin Cities. After earning her Bachelor of Science-Kinesiology, she began to pursue her lifelong passion of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. She graduated cum laude at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in 2014. Dr. D and her family moved to CO early May 2014. When she isn’t practicing, she enjoys spending time in her garden, hiking in the mountains, paddle boarding, snowboarding and exploring with her husband (Justin) and her maltese-poodle pup (Brody).

Dr. D has experience working with people of all ages & lifestyles. She has a passion for working with athletes of all calibers and all sports. In spring of 2021, Dr. D completed her sport-focused degree to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP®). She is well practiced in sport injury & prevention, as well as sport-specific management. She’s also an expert at correcting and eliminating neck pain, headaches, upper/mid back pain, lower back pain, as well as extremity injuries. She specializes in manual muscle release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), cupping therapy and exercise rehabilitation. Dr. D works to correct spinal imbalances directly through manual spinal manipulation (adjustments), as well as indirectly through specific muscular release and re-education. Part of Dr. D’s philosophy is that spinal adjustments are significantly more effective if the surrounding muscles are relaxing and firing appropriately. She provides exceptional patient education and home exercise therapy to develop individualized routines, and also reduce the risk of injury. As Dr. D always says, “I love my patients, but I don’t want to have to see you all the time… in a good way!”

Dange Wolf DC

Dange Wolf, DC – Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Dange Wolf, DC was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and completed his undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at Western Oregon University where he was an All-American Midfielder on the lacrosse team. During his time there he injured his back mountain biking with some friends and classmates. Following his injury, he was advised by his family to see a chiropractor and made a full recovery after only a few adjustments. This experience intrigued and motivated him to learn more about the function of the spine and sports related injuries.

After completing his undergraduate studies, he went on to attend the Chiropractic program at the University of Western States in Northeast Portland, where he graduated summa cum laude. In early March of 2021 he moved to Lakewood, Colorado and has been treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints ever since. Outside of the office, he enjoys practicing jiu jitsu, weight lifting and exploring the vast amount of new hiking and biking trails the region has to offer.

Dr. Wolf believes in an evidenced based approach to treating his patients. He has had success in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including headaches, neck pain, upper back pain, low back pain and disc problems causing radiating symptoms into extremities. He evaluates the area of complaint and the surrounding soft tissues and joints in order to get the best results possible. He uses a variety of techniques from cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, nerve mobilizations, and corrective exercises to aid in the effectiveness of the spinal adjustments.

Ultimately, Dr. Wolf wants to help his patients achieve their health and fitness goals and will be happy to assist you along your journey.

Brooke Holmes - Acupuncturist

Hi! My name is Brooke, and I’m an Acupuncturist and Herbalist here at Moyer Total Wellness. I’m excited you’re here, because it means you’re ready for change. I am here to guide you through that process.

I have a deep passion for natural, holistic approaches to health, that are effective and preventative. Some of the tools we are able to use to accomplish this are:

From chronic pain, anxiety and depression, to IBS, headaches, and the common cold, the body is intimately connected from head to toe… this is why I focus on you as a WHOLE individual when developing a treatment plan for your healing process.

I specialize in the treatment of:

  • Pain
  • Chronic Stress
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Digestive Disorders (such as bloating, gas, acid reflux, IBS, diarrhea, constipation…)
  • Sports Injuries

Most often the conditions listed above are experienced together. From unrelenting stress at work, to diets full of processed foods, it is no wonder many are suffering from poor digestion, chronic pain, and debilitating anxiety and depression. The health of our digestive system is deeply connected to our mental and emotional wellbeing. I work hard with my patients to get them back to the best version of themselves so they can live a life they love!

Being an athlete myself, I understand the importance of maintaining regular physical activity. Injuries and pain keep us off the mountain, out of the gym, and leave us feeling sluggish and depressed. I love working with acute and chronic pain and injuries to get people back to living their active Colorado lifestyle.

I earned my BS in Biology from San Diego State University, and my Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine degree from Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014.

Having lived in Arizona, California, and Colorado and feel deeply connected to the desert, ocean, and mountains. I try to spend most of my time outdoors, camping, hiking, and road tripping with my love Ricky and our Maltipoo Drake. Food is a TOP priority in our house, so grocery shopping, cooking, and eating delicious meals is where a good chunk of our time is spent!

If you’re curious if Acupuncture, dry needling, herbal medicine, or any of the other mentioned modalities can help you with your health concerns, book a free consultation with me on the phone or in person! Don’t waste another day… Let’s get you back to feeling your best!

Danielle Drucker, Certified Rolfer

Danielle Drucker - Certified Rolfer

I am a Rolf Structural Integration Practitioner and an A.C.E. certified Personal Trainer. My own experience with chronic illness and injury led to my fascination with the mind-body connection. I am passionate about psychology and the nervous system, the impact of trauma, fitness, movement and overall health and wellness. I rely on my knowledge of anatomy and physiology, my years of observing people’s patterns in movement and the tools I’ve discovered through my own journey to inform my work.

More specifically, I offer three kinds of sessions:

  • Rolfing 10-Series: The hallmark of Rolfing Structural Integration is a standardized “recipe” known as the Ten-Series, the goal of which is to systematically balance and optimize both the structure (shape) and function (movement) of the entire body over the course of ten Rolfing sessions. May people find it to be a highly transformative process.
  • Individual Rolfing session: A more symptom oriented approach to target pain through fascia manipulation and structural evaluation.
  • Fitness/functional movement analysis and evaluation: Observation and correction of your exercise and movement with hands-on tips for optimal performance and injury-prevention.

Heather DeWitt – Massage Therapist

Hi, I’m Heather DeWitt, LMT. Born and raised in Colorado, I’ve always had a flair for the arts. Out of high school I attended the Colorado Institute of Art where I graduated with an Associates of Applied Sciences degree in Graphic Design. I also hold a diploma from Platt College in Electronic Prepress and Computer Graphics. My training as an artist proved to be lucrative, landing a job with Denver’s largest newspaper, The Denver Post, but after four short years, I found myself struggling with being just another cog in the wheel of big business. I desperately needed a change.

In 2001 I left the crazy world of newspaper politics behind to enjoy a more quiet existence, making the decision to attend The Center of Advanced Therapeutics 600 Hour Soft Tissue program, in Denver, where I graduated in October 2003 and began my career as a Massage Therapist, working for myself within a small gym in the Greenwood Village area. In essence, I traded one art form for another. Since then I have worked everywhere from personal training studios and spa settings to chiropractic and physical therapy offices. I am so proud and extremely honored to now be a part of Moyer Total Wellness!

Massage has kept me very busy over the past 15 years. It has been a true road to self-discovery, on so many levels. It has opened my eyes to the reality that the human body is one amazing machine and has motivated me to want to help everyone achieve optimum health through natural healing. Complimenting my massage practice, I attended courses taught by a local Denver herbalist in 2011. Intrigued by my training in the art of iridology and the study of holistic nutrition, I have adopted a new relationship with food as well as mind-body wellness. It has lead me to the daily practice of yoga and meditation, allowing me to drastically reprogram my own life.

In my spare time, you’ll find me outdoors as much as possible hiking a 14-er, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, traveling the world, and I am an avid reader of any, and all, books regarding the human body, mind and soul. I look forward to crossing off a “bucket list” trip to Peru, in the near future, to engage with Native American healers who heal the body through the use of plant-based medicines, spiritual practices and ancient healing traditions. This is the type of healer I aspire to be.

Making the decision to pursue bodywork as a career has made a wonderful difference in my life. Touch therapy has proven to be a very rewarding and fulfilling experience. I hope to pass along my knowledge and great appreciation of the human form to all of you; hoping that you, too, will make the conscious decision to take care of what’s most important, yet so often overlooked – ourselves.

Jessica Dominguez, LMT

Jessica Dominguez – Massage Therapist

My name is Jessica Dominguez, and I am an intuitive manual therapist.  I am in awe of the body and its incredible way to support, protect, and transform itself.  As an intuitive manual therapist, I love the work that I perform because when I work with the body: it is a language that wants to be understood and it has an eloquent yet complex way of telling a story.  It is a 1000-piece puzzle that wants to be solved.

Massage has the power to transform our lives because touch is one of our primary senses; it is one of the ways the body receives information from the world.   It is my job as an intuitive manual therapist to remind the body that touch is nurturing, supportive, and safe to receive. I specialize in trauma-informed bodywork as the body holds energetic memories that can be stored within its intricate system.  I specialize in Deep Tissue massage (intentionally slow bodywork), Sports Massage (performance focused with stretching), and Myofascial release.  Each session has its own customizable flow to your unique needs and goals.  Massage-work is collaborative work and long-lasting results can be achievable in and outside the massage room.

I look forward to working with those ready to up-level their performance, strengthen the rest & digest state (the parasympathetic nervous system), and most importantly want to feel and be their best.

Scott Pridgen – Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor

My name is Scott Pridgen, the human body is a beautiful thing. I am fascinated with how the human body functions, moves, and what we are capable of. This passion is what has gotten me into learning and practicing many modalities of massage as well as yoga, rock climbing, dance, and the ways we move in every day life. My original training was in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage which has led me to dive further into learning other types of massage. I have studied Thai Massage extensively in Thailand and all over the US and have taught Thai Massage at Narpoa University as well as places all over the country.

Through my study of yoga, I was led to the study of Ayurveda, which is at the roots of Thai Massage. This led me to travel and study yoga, Ayurveda, and other forms of massage in India, and in the US. Through my studies and experience I would like to bring these wonderful healing practices to as many people as possible. It is such a beautiful thing to help and empower people to live a more healthy and full life. Samantha Sprinkle, LMT

Samantha Sprinkle – Massage Therapist

Thank you for choosing Moyer TotalWellness! My name is Samantha. I have been a LMT since 2011. I look forward to growing with Moyer Total Wellness. I’d like to tell you a bit about myself and my massage style.

I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2011. I have been trained in many modalities, and I enjoy providing a variety of techniques within my sessions. My main priority throughout our time together is your comfort. I strive to meet the requests and needs of all of my clients.

In a majority of sessions, I do my best to maintain balance in between deeper techniques and flowing strokes. Clients often enjoy my methods of working out knots and tension, while still providing relaxing stress relief. This may often be referred to as a firm Swedish massage. However, I enjoy providing deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, hot stone massage and prenatal. I can, and will, adjust upon your request and from the responses I get from your muscles. I also enjoy incorporating reiki, reflexology, and cranial sacral therapy.

It’s important to consider massage therapy as part of your regular health routine. Regardless of old injuries or chronic holding patterns, every individual will greatly benefit from a massage, at a minimum of every three weeks. The purpose of this is to combat the stresses of everyday life and routines. Often, we find ourselves with injuries or muscle stiffness that can cause us to be uncomfortable, limiting our movements or even cause pain. During our sessions, we will discuss any ailments or concerns that you have. Afterward, I will recommend what I believe will be an appropriate approach to getting you back to a healthy, comfortable place.

I believe consistency is key. My methods can cater to those seeking pure relaxation, as well as those who require a more focused therapeutic session. Together, we will get your body moving in the right direction.
