Massage Therapist Yogassage
Christina Johnston was born in Denver Colorado! She has lived in Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park! She has lived in Denver for the last twenty-two years! Christina studied Massage therapy at Boulder College of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2005 with a thousand-hour Certification! After graduation, she built a home practice and worked at Lotus Day Spa in Thornton, Co. In 2011 she began with Kloor chiropractic as well!

In 2015 she transferred to Hand and Stone Day Spa in Cherry Creek! She is now blessed to be a part of the Moyer Total Wellness team! In 2013, Christina expanded her love and knowledge for yoga by earning her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. She has been practicing yoga for 16 years. She now practices herself and helps others by teaching Ashtanga yoga and poses to incorporate into a wellness lifestyle to ease injury and imbalance. Ashtanga yoga was fathered by BKS Iyengar. It is taught in a format of a spiritual 8 limb path. It incorporates breath, posture, mind/spirit connection and mastery. It is a lifelong practice that she is blessed to be able to share!

Christina’s greatest calling is to produce art. She is in the process of earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with Metropolitan State University of Denver. She loves oil painting, sculpture and using found objects to create artistic usable pieces. Christina has a beautiful family! She has two sons and a daughter. Her oldest is serving in the army. Her middle son is graduating high school this year and her youngest daughter is beginning kindergarten this year! She is deeply grateful to have a husband who supports her in the family and with all her dreams and goals!

Christina’s favorite hobbies include yoga, painting, jewelry, cooking, paddle boarding and a newbie snow boarder!
