Join Scott and Pam for an Autumn Equinox Event at Moyer Total Wellness. Pam will guide you through gentle yoga postures to prepare your mind and body for a healing sound immersion provided by Scott.
As we celebrate the Autumn Equinox, you’ll enjoy the practice of slowing down your mind, body and breath with vibrations from crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, a handpan, koshi chimes and more.
Scott is a skilled sound healer. The vibrations of this experience penetrate into the watery elements of our being and offer therapeutic benefits of deep relaxation and peaceful exploration.
Bring any mats, bolsters, pillows, eye masks or blankets that will allow you to lay comfortable on the floor and allow you to absorb this experience fully.

Conference Room – Building C

We will be meeting in the conference room of Building C in the Empire Park complex (MTW is located in building B). Building C is the furthest WEST building. Use the same parking lot you would normally use to visit MTW. From the parking lot, enter Building C through the west doors, go down the steps to your left, and the conference room is on your immediate left. Bathrooms are straight ahead.
