Kenneth Mueller – Massage Therapist
Greetings Wellness Seekers. My wellness journey started over 17 years ago on a vacation. I had my first ever massage that changed my life. The stretchology type of treatment made me realize how sedentary I had become and that my life needed MOVEMENT. I sought out schools that would eventually create my art form of bodywork with over 1100 hours of training and 4 different certifications including The World School of Massage in SF. The Cortiva Institute, Aveda Massage School and advanced Thai Yoga Massage training in Chiang Mai Thailand. I also have a certification in Restorative Yoga. My artform continues to evolve being a member of ABMP and continued education workshops. My treatments are rooted in invigorating movement and engaging the parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation. My background has included being a landscape designer/garden curator, a chef and innkeeper, and a banker. These life experiences have allowed me to have a high sense of service. It is in my natural ability to be present while I am in service to you. Come enjoy, you deserve it.

Scott Pridgen – Massage Therapist
My name is Scott Pridgen, the human body is a beautiful thing. I am fascinated with how the human body functions, moves, and what we are capable of. This passion is what has gotten me into learning and practicing many modalities of massage as well as yoga, rock climbing, dance, and the ways we move in every day life. My original training was in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage which has led me to dive further into learning other types of massage. I have studied Thai Massage extensively in Thailand and all over the US and have taught Thai Massage at Narpoa University as well as places all over the country.
Through my study of yoga, I was led to the study of Ayurveda, which is at the roots of Thai Massage. This led me to travel and study yoga, Ayurveda, and other forms of massage in India, and in the US. Through my studies and experience I would like to bring these wonderful healing practices to as many people as possible. It is such a beautiful thing to help and empower people to live a more healthy and full life.
