Spring 2024 Sound Bath

Join Scott and Pam for the Spring Reset Event at Moyer Total Wellness. Pam will lead you through gentle yoga postures to prepare your mind and body for a healing sound immersion provided by Scott. This event, gaining popularity at MTW, is a new offering, so please come with your questions or simply arrive early to socialize. The Sound Bath lasts for 1 hour, and you’ll have ample time to integrate afterward.
As we celebrate Spring, indulge in the practice of slowing down your mind, body, and breath with vibrations from crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, a handpan, koshi chimes, and more. Scott, a skilled sound healer, orchestrates an experience where the vibrations penetrate the watery elements of our being, offering therapeutic benefits of deep relaxation and peaceful exploration.
Bring any mats, bolsters, pillows, eye masks, or blankets that allow you to comfortably lay on the floor and fully absorb this experience.
