Join Scott and Pam for a Summer Solstice Event at Moyer Total Wellness. Pam will guide you through gentle yoga postures to prepare your mind and body for a healing sound immersion provided by Scott.

As we approach the Summer Solstice, you’ll enjoy the practice of slowing down your mind, body and breath with vibrations from crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, a handpan, koshi chimes and more.

Scott is a skilled sound healer. The vibrations of this experience penetrate into the watery elements of our being and offer therapeutic benefits of deep relaxation and peaceful exploration.

Bring any mats, bolsters, pillows, eye masks or blankets that will allow you to lay comfortable on the floor and allow you to absob this experience fully.
