Please take a few minutes to fill out our Intake Forms prior to your appointment if:
- You are a New Patient and this is your first time into our office
- You are an existing patient but have not been in to our office for 12 months or longer
- You are an existing patient but have not filled out our intake forms for 12 months or longer
Please log in to your MindBody account to complete the forms. If you do not already have an account, please create one with the email you gave us at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule, please notify the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time to avoid the Late Cancellation Fee. The Late Cancellation Fee is the full price of the service.
The reason why we charge a Late Cancellation Fee is most of our therapists can only see 4-5 clients in a day, and therefor cancellations can cost them 20-25% of their daily pay.
*We are temporarily waiving late cancellation fees for anyone who is showing COVID-19 symptoms. If we waive your late cancellation fee due to Coronavirus symptoms, you will not be able to book another appointment until you have a negative COVID-19 test result or a minimum of 14 days have passed following CDC guidelines.

We are conveniently located at Colorado Blvd and Louisiana, 1 mile North of i25. We are in the Empire Park Complex (7-story white-grey buildings).
From Colorado Blvd, turn west onto Louisiana. Take the first left into our parking lot. You will take a ticket and pass through a gate into our parking lot. We are located in building B, the building closest to the parking lot entrance. When you enter building B from the parking lot, we are the first door on the left.
Parking is free for the first 2 hours. If you have an appointment with us for longer than 2 hours, we will validate your ticket for free parking.
Tips & Contactless Checkout
Tips: Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. If you prefer to leave cash, to limit contact, we recommend that you bring exact change and leave it directly on the massage table after your session. We can also help you with gratuity on a card at the front desk.
Contactless Checkout: To limit contact, we ask that you have a current card on file that you would like to use to pay for your service. To update your card on file, please call our office at 303.756.9355 during reception hours or log in to your MindBody account.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your First Massage
Every massage will begin with a brief pre-massage consultation with your massage therapist. This is your opportunity to let your therapist know the reasons you are getting a massage. A thorough consultation is the best way for your therapist to deliver the results you desire.
After the pre-consultation, your therapist will leave the room for you to undress to your comfort level. Most clients undress all the way but is not required. Our therapists are highly skilled at “draping” to ensure your modesty and are required to leave the sheet on throughout the entire duration of the massage.
Please communicate with your therapist during the massage if there is anything that you would like changed. Our therapists assume you are getting the massage you want if you are not communicating with them.
Things that can be changed:
- Amount of pressure your therapist is using
- Areas your therapist is working on
- Lighting in the room
- Music volume in the room
- The room temperature cannot be changed but each bed has a heating pad which can be turned on or off
- And more, just ask!
After your session, your therapist will leave the room for you to get completely redressed. Crack the door and your therapist will return for your post-massage consultation. This generally includes a brief overview of what they found during the massage, stretching recommendations, and more. Other recommendations after your first massage include:
- Water – it’s important to stay hydrated
- Stretch – muscles stretch the best after removing the knots
- Rest – you’ll probably feel very relaxed
- You may be sore the next day but this is totally normal

Your First Chiropractic Appointment
Our Chiropractic New Patient Exam is a 30-60 minute service for New Chiropractic Patients at Moyer Total Wellness. A New Patient Exam is required with each individual Chiropractor that you choose to see. It is also required if you have not been in to see the Chiropractor within the past 12 months.
Your Chiropractic New Patient Exam will begin with a brief health history including pre-existing conditions, allergies, family history, etc… and a review of your primary health concern and the reason you are seeking Chiropractic Care.
After the review of your health history and current symptoms, your Doctor of Chiropractic will begin the comprehensive physical in order to determine the cause of your symptoms. The physical exam may include:
- Orthopedic Test
- Range of Motion
- Muscle Strength
- Functional Movement Screenings
The core of the treatment is the chiropractic adjustment, however, other treatment options may be used depending on your needs. Treatment modalities include:
- Myofascial Release
- Heat and Cold Therapy
- Exercise Recommendations
- And More!
After your first appointment, your doctor will give you advice on what to do next. This generally includes hydration, ice, rest, stretches, or other exercises. They may also give you a treatment plan and recommended next steps.

Your First Acupuncture Appointment
Our Acupuncture New Patient Exam is a 60-90 minute service required for all New Acupuncture Patients at Moyer Total Wellness. It is also required if you are a returning patient but have not been in to see our Acupuncturist within the past 12 months.
Your appointment will begin with a full health history consultation and evaluation prior to treatment.
Treatment will vary depending on your specific needs but may include:
- Massage / Myofascial Release
- Chinese Herbs
- Diet and Nutrition Recommendations
After your appointment, the Acupuncturist will discuss with you the next steps and a treatment plan.
Generally, it is advised that you take it easy for the rest of the day after an acupuncture treatment. You may be a bit sore but this is totally normal. Please discuss any specific questions with your acupuncturist.
What Should I Wear to My Appointment?
For most of our appointments, you can wear whatever you would like for your appointment. But here are some more details:
Massage: You will dress and undress in the privacy of the massage room. Undress to your comfort level. Most clients undress all the way, while others choose to leave their undergarments on. Our therapists are highly skilled at “draping” to ensure your modesty and are required to leave the sheet on at all times.
Thai Massage / Yoga Massage: Please wear something comfortable and flexible. We recommend leggings, sweatpants, or athletic shorts with a t-shirt or tank top.
Chiropractic Care: Depending on the location and nature of your symptoms, your chiropractor may have you change into a medical gown and/or shorts. You can bring your own or some will be provided to you in the office.
Acupuncture: Your acupuncturist may have you remain fully clothed during your session, or they may have you undress partially or fully and drape with a sheet during your session, depending on the location and nature of your symptoms.
Have an Appointment on Sunday?
Due to the recent closures and regulations put in place because of COVID-19, we have made some additional changes around the office.
Our biggest change is that we will no longer have front desk staff on Sundays.
So what does this mean for you?
The good news is, you can still get a massage on Sundays! The massage therapists have been trained on basic front desk processes to assist clients in booking and checking out appointments.
However, we are going to assist the massage therapists by checking out appointments (when possible) ahead of time to make things easier for them on Sundays. They will still be able to collect gratuity day of.
What do we need from you?
If you have a gift certificate, coupon code, etc… please let us know ahead of times so we can apply it for you.
If you have any specific questions, want to sign up for our VIP Membership, want to book a an appointment with a different staff member, etc… the massage therapists may not be able to assist you with this. Please let your massage therapist know what you need and we will be sure to reach out to you on Monday or Tuesday. Alternatively, you can give us a call at 303.756.9355 during reception hours to speak to someone. Reception Hours: Monday-Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
