Meet Your Coaches

This program offers 2 instructors that have over 75 years of combined experienced and advanced training in health, wellness, and fitness.

Pam Remmo

Pamela Faith

Pam has been in the fitness/yoga/wellness space as an owner/manager for the entirety of her work life.  She began her career while studying at the University of Minnesota.  She enjoyed teaching aerobics, training teachers and consulting with smaller start ups for several years in Minneapolis.

The last 20 years she has intensely focused on yoga training-working intensively with senior instructors in Ashtanga and Iyengar practices.  She is certified in several types of yoga modalities (500hr CYT) and is currently studying Ayurvedic Science to further her education.  She teaches privately as well as managing at MTW.

Pam has practiced with senior teachers from several modalities because not one fits for her students.  Bodies change, life changes and our mental state can also greatly affect our physical health.  Yoga can alleviate our suffering.

She is an 800 hour certified instructor who continues to practice with her Senior Iyengar teachers. She is currently a student of Ayurveda and working toward her Practitioner license and is able to offer Ayurvedic consultations within her scope of practice.

Liz Edelman

Liz is a Rolfing® practitioner, licensed massage therapist, energy healing practitioner and certified personal trainer!

She is passionate about the body when it comes to health and (pain-free) movement. Liz’s interest in the body developed with a late introduction to sports and fitness in her 20s and 30s through running, kettlebell lifting and Olympic weightlifting. What started as a fitness journey led to a desire to share her love of movement with others and starting in 2016, she began instructing and coaching at Colorado Weightlifting Club.

Her experience with fitness demonstrated the potential we have in maintaining or improving health by combining movement and care of the body such as proper nutrition, sleep, stress reduction and bodywork (i.e. Chiropractic, Rolfing® and massage).

Liz believes maintaining our health often necessitates regular visits with a body work professional – whether that be for pain relief, posture/alignment, stress relief, and sports performance and recovery.
