Scott Pridgen – Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor
My name is Scott Pridgen, the human body is a beautiful thing. I am fascinated with how the human body functions, moves, and what we are capable of. This passion is what has gotten me into learning and practicing many modalities of massage as well as yoga, rock climbing, dance, and the ways we move in every day life. My original training was in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage which has led me to dive further into learning other types of massage. I have studied Thai Massage extensively in Thailand and all over the US and have taught Thai Massage at Narpoa University as well as places all over the country.
Through my study of yoga I was led to the study of Ayurveda, which is at the roots of Thai Massage. This led me to traveling and studying yoga, Ayurveda, and other forms of massage in India, and in the US. Through my studies and experience I would like to bring these wonderful healing practices to as many people as possible. It is such a beautiful thing to help and empower people to live a more healthy and full life. I look forward to each person I am blessed to work with and be able to share something that makes there life better.
