Keeping up with our effort to inspire our clients to take an active role in their health, we are hosting a free instructor lead bootcamp. The Moyer Total Wellness bootcamp will include HIIT exercise, calisthenics, cardio, and plyometrics. This bootcamp is ‘go at your own pace’ , welcome to all fitness levels, and kids too!  Platt Park also has a big playground for children who don’t want to participate.

 

When: Saturday, July 28th @ 8:30am
Where: James H. Platt Park – 1523 S Logan Street Denver, CO 80203

 

Don’t forget to bring water, towel, and yoga mat to sit on.
