This type of training is not intimidating or complicated. It’s balanced and basic. The goals of the sessions are to educate clients on the basic functional movements of the body, bring balance to the body, and improve musculoskeletal health.
What We Prioritize
Life is stressful, repetitive, and unbalanced.
Overtime, certain muscles get tight and others get weak. This leads to abnormal wear and tear on the structures of the body. Recognizing and addressing these aspects in your life that create imbalances ensures a healthy aging process for your musculoskeletal system.
Exercise is the most effective means to reduce emotional and physical stress in the body. Our sessions specifically address your imbalances. Our priority is to inform you of your imbalances and teach you a workout you can do outside of your office to continue working towards achieving your goals.
What’s the Workout Like?
Our workouts blend traditional strength training with functional movement, stretching and yoga. The session is meant to challenge your mind and body. The workouts can be as hard as you would like, but they don’t have to be, they are meant to be sustainable for life.
The sessions last about 60 minutes and start with a warmup on the mat. The warmup gets the circulation going and addresses individual muscles of the body. Then, various strength training exercises are performed using either machines or free weights.
Lastly, a stretching session concludes to stretch the tight muscles of the body. Some clients will sweat, but we do have a locker room with showers available if needed.

We require a Credit Card on file to schedule any appointment at MTW. If you need to reschedule, please notify the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time to avoid the Late Cancellation Fee.
